Last week, our firm attended a marriage-based green card interview with clients after waiting 2 years for the green card and we left USCIS, after a 20-minute interview, with an approval!This was our first COVID USCIS interview. We wore masks, limited the number of people in the interview, the officer used a large plexiglass on her desk, and the entire process was very efficient once we arrived. We were given only 6 days notice. Make sure to watch your mail and email if you had a rescheduled interview since COVID. We are so happy for our clients!
